DOIKA Process allows us to control the manufacturing parameters with real-time process adjustments and to apply the most efficient technology in each case, depending on the size and requirements of each part. Thanks to the advanced automation (Flow) present in all our processes, we reduce the handling of parts and optimise the internal logistics between stages.
Grinding
We obtain a high surface quality by means of rough and fine grinding processes, adapted to the requirements of each part.
We have equipment for double-sided grinding, and specific conventional machines for thick parts (>3 mm) and thin parts (<3 mm).
We work with world-class suppliers. We use different types of grinding wheels depending on the customer's requirements and the materials to be processed.
Automatic feeding reduces handling and improves process efficiency.
Sanding/Brushing
We carry out wet sanding and brushing on one or two sides depending on the dimensional requirements of each piece. We have advanced know-how in the combination of bands and types of brushes depending on the required surface quality of the edges and holes, which allows us to optimise results and minimise wear.
The process is fully automated, from part feeding to parameter setting, ensuring uniformity and efficiency.
Deburring
We apply conventional and accelerated chemical vibrofinishing processes, according to the requirements of each part. The latter option is more sustainable and less polluting.
We study the optimum abrasive medium for each workpiece. We have automated the process with automatic conveyor belts and scrap segregation that allow us to guarantee competitive costs in large volumes.
