Fineblanking
Fineblanking combines conventional stamping with cold extrusion, making it possible to manufacture complex parts with high precision in materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium and copper.
Thanks to triple action presses and specific advanced design dies, fineblanking offers a competitive cost and is ideal for safety parts, where other technologies do not guarantee the same reliability.

Plastic overmoulding
Plastic overmoulding allows complex metal parts to be covered with extremely high precision, even in very narrow-walled geometries.
We have specialised production means that also allow double-shot injection. By means of individual cavity control, we guarantee homogeneous quality, traceability and total uniformity in each piece.

Precision finishings
We adapt the finishing technology according to the size and surface requirements of each component.
We use deburring,sanding and brushing processes for removing the burr, and grinding to achieve finishes with high precision flatness, parallelism and roughness while removing the burr.
