Joint development with the customer based on drawing
We have an in-depth knowledge of the process and the customer, as well as the functionality of their product. Working together, we have the ability to modify the preliminary design by proposing more efficient and less costly solutions that optimise technical performance and final cost.
Thus, as a result of this collaboration we managed to:

- Test new heat treatment solutions, coatings, etc.
Substitution of other technologies
Close collaboration with our customers allows us to apply fineblanking solutions to parts previously manufactured with other technologies. This approach has contributed both to reducing costs and improving the quality of the final product.
Prototyping
Ensuring the functionality of the part in the final product is key. This is why we offer the possibility of manufacturing mini-series prototypes quickly and economically. Our technical expertise and production capacity allows us to manufacture a wide variety of parts for validation with high precision and quality.
Design and manufacture of fineblanking dies and moulds
The use of the most modern technology in the various processes of design and manufacture of fineblanking dies allows us to obtain increasingly complex geometric shapes and to speed up production for the benefit of shorter delivery times. We have the concept of fineblanking dies for short series.
We work with world-class mould manufacturers. Based on customer requirements and in close cooperation with our suppliers, we offer moulds that guarantee optimum production of overmoulded parts with consistent quality at all times.
