We ensure safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of injuries and the deterioration of health. We act by eliminating or minimising risks wherever possible and work continuously to improve occupational health and safety performance as part of our commitment to people.

Crime prevention policy
We have an internal control system for financial information and a criminal risk prevention model designed to detect and prevent practices such as corruption, extortion, bribery, privacy violations, financial irregularities, unfair competition, conflicts of interest, counterfeiting or intellectual property infringements and trade sanctions.
In addition, we have a confidential and anonymous whistleblowing channel that allows us to rigorously analyse and investigate any communication received.
Equality, diversity and inclusion policies
We responsibly manage human rights in the workplace, including ethical recruitment, diversity and inclusion, women's rights, LGBTQIA+ rights, minorities and indigenous peoples. We also encourage the use of minority languages wherever we operate, such as Basque in our European plant, integrating it into our internal and external relations.
Information security policy
Information security is a priority in all our processes. We work to minimise risks and prevent unauthorised access, guaranteeing the integrity, confidentiality and availability of data. We have control, monitoring and incident prevention systems in place to protect our critical processes against possible cyber attacks or exceptional situations.
