We adapt our plastic injection overmoulding process to the needs of each project, with a large installed capacity: 21 injection moulding machines in our three plants, with a tonnage range of 110 to 300 tons. We have fully automated cells, from material feeding to final packaging, which allows us to guarantee efficiency, quality and repeatability.

Artificial vision
We incorporate our own artificial vision system that guarantees 100% quality in overmoulded parts, detecting any deviation automatically and accurately.
Automatic palletising
Automatic palletising allows us to guarantee precision, avoid human errors and optimise logistics management. We have systems for the automatic loading of KLT boxes and pallet configuration according to the specific needs of each customer.
