We use the most advanced technology in fineblanking presses to manufacture high precision and high quality metal parts. Between the three production plants, we have more than 17 fineblanking presses with a tonnage range from 320 to 1200 tns, which allow us to guarantee cutting thicknesses of up to 16 mm.
Value-added fineblanking
Fineblanking technology combined with our DOIKA Process allows us to incorporate added value to the products by guaranteeing:

Material and decoiling
We work with world-leading material suppliers, which guarantees quality and traceability from the beginning of the process. Our high-precision decoilers optimise the flow of material into the press, improving efficiency and reducing waste.
Production of fineblanking parts
Our presses come from leading Japanese and European manufacturers, which gives us robustness, stability and reliability in each cycle. We combine high-precision fineblanking technology with optimised, environmentally friendly, chlorine-free lubrication.
Extraction of parts
We adapt the extraction system to the type of part: we use extraction arms for larger components, and air extraction for small parts, always guaranteeing smoothness, safety and care of the product as it leaves the press.
